Accounting & Finance

TACKLE STRATEGIC CHALLENGES

Professionals working in the Administration, Finance and Control area face a series of strategic challenges on a daily basis, as they must combine technical and administrative expertise with managerial skills capable of creating value based on analysis.

These skills must enable them to deal with a wide range of activities: from the analysis and management of corporate costs to the evolution of national and international accounting principles; from the use of management and business intelligence systems to the handling of complex international and group relationships; from cash flow management to investment appraisal.

Keeping one’s skills up to date in terms of managerial tools and approaches is increasingly important in order to move from being mere accountants and executors of others’ decisions to becoming true “business partners” to company management.

With this in mind, the course adopts an extremely pragmatic approach to addressing the critical issues of the function, helping to coordinate it more effectively through cross-functional skills. At the same time, those seeking an in-depth focus on specific topics can benefit from sessions with experts and lecturers on the most relevant and current subjects (such as business analytics, cost management, budgeting tools, cash management, to name a few).

The course is structured into four modules, focusing on the three sub-areas described (Administration, Finance and Control), plus an additional module dedicated to Data Analysis and Visualization.

Participants may enroll in the full course or in individual modules.

The program consists of 9 on-campus days and 11 evening online sessions.

On-campus classes will be available both online and in person, combining the flexibility of online learning with the opportunity to meet fellow participants and lecturers face to face.

The teaching approach will be highly pragmatic, centered on current topics and based on the discussion of business cases and professional experiences.

For managers and entrepreneurs without an administrative and economic financial background, consult the Finance for non finance manager course page.

Change may be endured, by just complaining about it, or it may be lead, by being aware and well-prepared players.

Networking

The open program is an experience built around people and relationships, fostering valuable connections through continuous interaction among participants, faculty members, and managers. During the classroom sessions, a dynamic network develops, enriched by the diversity of experiences, roles, and industries. A vibrant ecosystem that enhances learning and continues to generate value over time.
