Practical Strategies and Tools

This course explores the use of Artificial Intelligence within the Finance function of manufacturing and service companies, with a focus on how AI can support accounting, finance, and management control processes.

Artificial Intelligence is now a tangible reality that is transforming the way companies operate, make decisions, and compete in global markets. This course is designed for business leaders, managers, and professionals who want to stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving landscape.

The Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI: Practical Strategies and Tools course is designed to provide an in-depth and practical understanding of how AI in general, and Generative AI in particular, can be integrated into business processes to improve productivity, accelerate innovation, and create value. From designing data-driven marketing campaigns and creating personalized content at scale to optimizing business processes, Generative AI offers powerful tools to address today’s challenges through innovative solutions.

Generative AI, in particular, represents a major leap forward in technological innovation. Advanced AI models such as Large Language Models (LLMs) are transforming the way companies create content, interact with customers, and make strategic decisions. Their ability to generate text, images, code, and even business strategies is opening up new opportunities in terms of efficiency and creativity.

In an increasingly complex and competitive business environment, understanding and applying AI is no longer simply an advantage, but a necessity for staying competitive. Participants will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and learn how to develop AI strategies for their organizations by identifying opportunities, assessing return on investment (ROI), and aligning AI initiatives with business objectives to maximize value.

They will also learn how to use Generative AI tools, exploring advanced language models (LLMs) and commercial solutions to enhance productivity, improve decision-making processes, and foster innovation.

The course is designed for business leaders and managers who want to integrate AI into their business strategies to optimize processes and foster innovation, as well as professionals who wish to strengthen their technical and practical expertise in AI and Machine Learning. It is also suitable for innovators and entrepreneurs interested in leveraging AI to drive growth and innovation within their organizations.

The program is structured into 2 modules, for a total of 5 learning sessions delivered in a weekend format (Friday and Saturday). Participants may enroll in the full course or in individual modules.

"Those who’ll be able to master machine learning will have a competitive advantage for their future career. What you’ll get at the end of the program isn’t simply being knowledgeable about a technology, as disruptive as it may be, but the ability to use it to foster real business topics: a value that no company nowadays can afford to ignore."

Structure

The course runs over two months and consists of 5 full days, delivered in a weekend format (Friday and Saturday), from 9:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

The program covers 2 thematic modules, structured as follows:

MODULE I – General AI

  • Introduction to AI and Machine Learning
  • AI Strategies for Business
  • AI Ethics, Compliance & Use Cases

MODULE II – Generative AI

  • Introduction to LLMs, Tools, Prompt Engineering and Key Challenges
  • Advanced Use of Commercial Tools, Practical Lab, Copilot and Presentation Design

The course includes practical learning experiences through interactive labs and real-world case studies, enabling participants to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the program. Participants will also develop up-to-date skills in the use of the latest AI tools, which are increasingly essential for maintaining competitiveness in today’s market. The program also offers opportunities to connect with other industry leaders, exchange knowledge and strategies, and build a valuable network for collaboration and peer learning.

In addition to the theoretical and practical modules, the course includes a final workshop in which participants will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned to a business case from their own organization or to a personal project.
