The PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification is among the most highly recognized certifications that a professional can use to demonstrate they have the skill to manage complex projects. It allows to exchange views using a common language, thanks to a standardized and shared approach. The certification, issued all over the world by PMI (Project Management Institute), certifies individual skills acquired concerning project management methods and techniques. The course prepares participants to sit the exam through the understanding of the PMBoK structure, the topics included in the exam, how to answer the questions on the methods and techniques to study for and successfully pass the exam.
The course consists of three 8-hour in-person sessions, 8 hours of e-learning and 8 hours of online exam simulation, including a 4-hour mock exam and a 4-hour feedback session. These activities are complemented by 12 hours of individual online follow-up sessions, allowing participants to monitor their preparation progress.
The course is intended for project managers who are interested in consolidating their knowledge and obtain a certification that recognizes their experience at an international level.
The course is reserved exclusively to those who attended or will attend Project Management (base or advanced) courses at Bologna Business School.

The course consists of three full-time, on-campus days and one online day dedicated to exam practice.

FEES
The registration fee for enrollments from companies and institutions is 2.600 euros (plus VAT) to be paid by the start date of the course.
The registration fee for individual enrollments is 2.100 euros (plus VAT) to be paid by the start date of the course.
Several reductions are available:
- for BBS Alumni;
- for companies within the Business Network;
- for groups of at least 3 people.
The fee includes participation in the program, all study materials available through the online platform, and access to Bologna Business School services, including a personal BBS account account and use of study areas.

At the end of the course, a participation certificate is issued (upon reaching 80% of classroom hours).
The documents used in the classroom and any further reading or exercises will be uploaded to our platform, whose credentials will be delivered in the classroom.
Should a group of colleagues wish to participate in the program, it is possible to contact the Program Manager to evaluate an ad hoc participation price.
Our short courses do not require a specific course of study. It is important to have a few years of work experience behind you that can help you, inside the classroom, by bringing real cases dealt with and solutions adopted during your work.
