Francesca Saracino is a professional with nearly thirty years of experience in people and organizational development. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Reading (UK) and a Master’s degree in Children’s Psychology from the University of London, as well as a Master’s degree in Training & Development from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. Throughout her career, she has obtained numerous international certifications in personal and professional development.
Her professional background is characterized by a strong focus on individual and organizational growth, with well-established expertise in individual and team coaching, leadership, change management, and skills development. She has designed and facilitated complex learning and development programs, working as a coach, trainer, and facilitator, and supporting hundreds of professionals—from operational teams to senior executives—through change processes, leadership development, and capability building.
She has worked and lived in international contexts, including China, the United States, the Middle East, and major European countries, operating in complex and highly multicultural environments. Her approach combines practical methodologies—such as individual coaching, team facilitation, assessment centres, and classroom-based training—with close attention to the needs of both people and organizations, fostering environments of trust and active listening and delivering focused, impactful, and transformative interventions.
Over the course of her career, she has held several key roles, including Co-Founder and CEO of Perspective Developing People (current role), Senior Vice President at Infinity, Management Education & HRD Coordinator at Pfizer Italy, and Management Development & Training Officer at American Express for the Italian and European markets. She collaborates with the Master in HR & Organisation at Bologna Business School, where she contributes to the course Employee Wellbeing and Retention. She is also actively involved in volunteering initiatives and serves as a member of the Management Board of Bussola Italia.
