The Executive Coaching Program provides the skills and techniques necessary to play the role of coach, a key figure in managing motivation, especially in times of change or difficulty.

By learning to establish non-directive one-to-one relationships, the coach helps people listening to themselves, to fully express their professional potential.

In addition to this, companies that cultivate business coaching skills can count on a continuous learning process, thanks to which people are able to understand how to grow autonomously, feeling a higher degree of satisfaction from their work.

A coach helps people learn how to improve their working performance, experiencing others’ success as their own. Choosing this course at Bologna Business School allows you to meet an international professional network consisting of professors, managers and entrepreneurs.

The Executive Coaching Program consists of 18 days, over eight weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), during which it will possible to delve deeper into the main topics related to coaching, with lectures and practical exercises.

This course enables you to receive the ICF Level 2 international certification of the European School of Coaching, thanks to which you’ll have the chance to access the certification and accreditation process at the International Coach Federation (ICF).

The course features a highly participatory methodology, combining both theory parts and practical exercises. In addition, the course provides for the possibility to try coaching sessions: as coachee, with a course colleague and as Coach, with colleagues or external guests, supported by a supervising Coach.

"A training journey devoted to the development of the core competencies and the ethical guidelines of the International Coach Federation using the Transformational Ontological model.
The course aims at conveying the core conversational skills, allowing to investigate and intervene on the types of observer we all are, with the aim of achieving what we desire. These skills are wide-ranging and may be used in many different fields."

Structure

The program consists of 18 hybrid-format teaching sessions (on campus and online), scheduled mainly on Fridays and Saturdays to facilitate participation for working professionals.

The program begins with an online Kick-Off session aimed at creating alignment and introducing participants to the course content and working methods.

The program is divided into three progressive modules:

Module I – Foundations

Introduces the principles and basic techniques of coaching, with a focus on the transformational ontological model, conversational skills, listening, and feedback management.
At the end of the module, participants will attend an individual coaching session and complete an assessment of the skills acquired.

Module II – Intermediate

Explores the core coaching competencies (in line with the ICF model) and develops the ability to conduct a complete coaching session. Significant emphasis is placed on practice, supervision, and peer work, with coaching activities both as coach and coachee.

Module III – Advanced

Strengthens competencies from a professional perspective, focusing on the application of coaching within organizational contexts. The module includes supervision sessions with external guests, mentoring, and a final examination for obtaining the ICF Level 2 diploma.

Throughout the program, supervision activities, peer mentoring, and intermediate assessments are included to ensure progressive and practical skill development.

Admission to the final examination requires the completion of documented coaching sessions, in accordance with the program standards.

Learning approach

EEC – European School of Coaching

EEC was founded in Spain in 2003 as a multinational organization specializing in coaching and managerial skills training. In 2005, Raquel Guarnieri and Laura Averone established EEC Italia in Turin, introducing coaching as a tool to support companies and individuals committed to achieving extraordinary results.

FEES

The enrollment fee for the program is:

  • €7,000 (+ VAT) for registrations from companies and institutions
  • €6,000 (+ VAT) for individual registrations

The fee includes attendance of the program, all study materials available through the online platform, and access to Bologna Business School services, including: personal Wi-Fi account and use of the study areas.

Discounts are available for:

  • early registrations;
  • companies belonging to the Business Network;
  • Alma/BBS and Profingest Alumni;
  • groups of at least 3 people.

REQUIREMENTS

The program is limited to a maximum of 25 participants in order to ensure an effective and interactive learning experience, and is open to professionals with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.

FAQs

At the end of the course, a participation certificate is issued (upon reaching 80% of classroom hours).

The documents used in the classroom and any further reading or exercises will be uploaded to our platform, whose credentials will be delivered in the classroom.

Should a group of colleagues wish to participate in the program, it is possible to contact the Program Manager to evaluate an ad hoc participation price.

Our short courses do not require a specific course of study. It is important to have a few years of work experience behind you that can help you, inside the classroom, by bringing real cases dealt with and solutions adopted during your work.
