Senior Program Manager
Valeria Venturelli has an academic background in performing arts and social theatre, culminating in a PhD in Visual, Performing and Media Arts from the University of Bologna, where her research focused on prison theatre.
With a strong interest in theatre, culture and educational programme design, she has built extensive experience in coordinating executive education programmes, overseeing academic planning, logistics, and relationships with faculty, participants and institutional partners.
Throughout her career, she has organised international conferences and live events, coordinating speakers and guests from different countries and managing programmes, communications and stakeholder relations in both Italian and English.
She joined Bologna Business School in September 2026 as Senior Program Manager for the Flex MBA area.
