Francesco Porro holds a degree in Italian Studies and Linguistic Sciences from the University of Bologna. In 2018, he earned an MBA from Bologna Business School (part-time format).

Francesco has been working at Bologna Business School since 2016. After two years as Program Manager in the Executive Masters area, he joined the Dean’s Office staff. In 2021 he was appointed Head of Human Resources and Change Management, and from 2024 he has been overseeing the development and management of the new BBS Campus buildings, in the role of Head of New Campus Transition.
