After earning a Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Literature and Civilisation from the Higher Institute of Languages of Nabeul, followed by a Master’s degree in Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, he began his career in Human Resources, specialising in recruitment.
Throughout his career, he gained experience in student counselling and teaching in Tunisia before taking on international talent acquisition assignments for Italian and international companies. He developed solid expertise in proactive talent sourcing and executive search, combining strong technological and digital skills with a consistent focus on candidates to ensure a highly people-centred candidate experience.
