Marianna holds a Law degree from Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s in Human Resources from LUISS Business School. After qualifying as a lawyer and gaining experience in HR and learning & development, she built her expertise in executive search and headhunting.

In July 2026, she joined Bologna Business School as a Program Manager for the Flex MBA programs.
