Elisa Lorenzi is Head of Technology Leadership Programs at Bologna Business School, where she has worked since 2010, focusing on the development, sales, and management of executive programs and high-impact initiatives for managers and professionals.

Throughout her career, she has led Executive Masters and Custom Programs, building expertise in stakeholder management, business development, marketing, and recruitment. She currently oversees programs centered on innovation, leadership, and digital transformation, with a particular focus on AI, technology management, and the digitalization of business processes.

She has contributed to the development of events and partnerships with companies and professionals, championing an approach rooted in innovation and the dialogue between business and executive education. She holds an MBA from Bologna Business School and a Master’s degree from the University of Bologna.
