After an international academic path at Vilnius University and Saint Petersburg State University, she earned a Master’s degree in English and Russian for Linguistic Mediation from the University of Bologna.

She began her professional career in the trade fair industry, gaining experience in commercial administration and the international development of fairs and events at BolognaFiere. She subsequently specialized in the field of executive education, managing the sales of Masters and Executive Masters programs in the areas of Marketing, Media Relations, and Event Management.

In 2022 she joined Bologna Business School as Program Manager in the MBA area, contributing to the management and development of the School’s international programs. Over the years she consolidated her experience in academic coordination and in building relationships with the Alumni community, faculty, and corporate partners, before taking on the role of Head of Flex MBA Programs – a position in which she now leads the development and positioning of MBA programs within a dynamic, internationally oriented, and innovation-driven environment.
