Alessandra
De Nichilo

Alessandra de Nichilo has been working at Bologna Business School since November 2021, where she has held roles of increasing responsibility in the management and development of post-graduate programs. She is currently Head of Full-Time MBAs and coordinates the activities related to the School’s International Masters in Management, working closely with faculty, companies, students, and internal stakeholders to ensure program quality, development, and alignment with the School’s goals and mission.

Previously, she gained around five years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational retail company, focusing on human resource management processes, with a particular emphasis on organizational development and training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. During her academic path, she collaborated in school and Italian L2 teaching contexts, working as a language facilitator in situations of atypical language acquisition. She later completed a Master in Human Resource Management, starting her professional career in HR, and an MBA at Bologna Business School.
