In an era where Artificial Intelligence is reshaping entire industries, this Open Program guides marketing and communication professionals through a real transformation journey: from automation to augmented intelligence.
This is not a technical course, but an experience designed for those who want to lead change and rethink marketing roles, processes, and metrics. The goal is to integrate the power of AI with uniquely human capabilities — creativity, empathy, and strategic judgment — to generate authentic and sustainable value.
Through a combination of theoretical and practical modules, along with a final workshop, participants will learn to understand, apply, and design “augmented” marketing strategies, where humans and machines collaborate to create next-generation insights, experiences, and relationships.

Bologna Business School is accredited by EQUIS – EFMD Quality Improvement System, one of the most important international systems for assessing and promoting the quality and continuous improvement of management and business administration schools.
The course is structured over 4 days, held on Fridays and Saturdays, on campus.
