In an increasingly complex and digital economic context, governing the numbers means not only reading the markets but also interpreting change and using innovative tools, such as artificial intelligence, to make rapid and strategic decisions.
The Executive Master in Corporate Finance is designed for professionals and managers who want to return to their companies ready to transform advanced knowledge into concrete results. The program combines theory and practice, covering financial planning, risk management, extraordinary operations (M&A, etc.), economic and environmental sustainability, and advanced digital tools.
The 12-month program is delivered in a part-time hybrid formula with online meetings on Friday evenings and in-person Saturday sessions once a month, supplemented by online weekday sessions. The faculty combines academics, practitioners, and managers, ensuring concrete and immediately applicable learning.

Practical use cases related to the application of AI in finance
This course deals with the concept of corporate governance, focusing on different types of properties, the composition of the board, the remuneration of executives and how to determine the value of a firm. The course will introduce participants to concepts such as international models of corporate governance, the effects of the separation of ownership and control, the Enron scandal in the United States, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the action plan for financial services and the main EU directives.

The Master’s program is for those who want to strengthen their skills in corporate financial management, acquiring advanced tools to optimize economic and financial performance and support managerial decisions.
The program is open to graduates with more than 3 years of work experience, as well as non-graduates who have accumulated at least 5 years of professional experience.
