Simone Righetti is a consultant and interim manager specialized in startups, scale-ups, and innovation. He acts as a trusted sparring partner to founders, CEOs, and venture capital investors, supporting digital and technology companies in scaling their businesses, defining and executing strategy, and raising capital.
Prior to his freelance career, Simone spent 11 years as an investment banker at Société Générale, Barclays, Nomura, and Rothschild, specializing in M&A for financial institutions. Based in London and Milan, he advised on more than 30 transactions for clients worldwide.
Simone holds an MSc in Finance, Intermediaries and Markets from the University of Bologna.
