Gubitosa

Marcella Gubitosa is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stars & Cows, a benefit corporation and innovative SME specializing in HR consulting, talent acquisition, organizational development, and digital learning design. She teaches in several university programs and executive courses and serves as a permanent member of the Advisory Board of the Master’s Degree in International Management at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

At Bologna Business School, she lectures in the Master in Human Resources Management & Development, where she teaches three modules focused on Strategic & Sustainable HRM, Talent Attraction & Employer Branding, and Training & Development. Her professional interests include the transformation of HR systems, sustainable people management practices, digital innovation, and the evolution of skills in contemporary organizations.

She designed, coordinated, and co-developed—while also teaching—the executive program “Sustainable & Innovative HRM,” delivered in collaboration with UNIMORE and the Marco Biagi Foundation. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in multinational and complex organizations, including HR Director at Tetra Pak (Italy and Sweden) and Head of Personnel Management at Automobili Lamborghini, gaining extensive international experience in organizational development, talent management, global mobility, and change management.

She is also the founder and President of Associazione Senior APS, a non-profit organization dedicated to intergenerational knowledge transfer.
