Innovation strategist, business designer and acceleration specialist, Elena supports companies and startups in designing innovation strategies, new business models and organizational experiments, with a strong focus on Design Thinking and Lean Startup. She works as an independent consultant with manufacturing SMEs, corporates and innovation ecosystems, coordinating acceleration programs and delivering mentoring, facilitation and training on innovation culture. Her interests span open innovation, startup acceleration, organizational design and innovation capabilities development for managers and young talents, collaborating with universities and business schools as lecturer in Design Thinking and entrepreneurial projects. Previously, she worked in multinational companies in the automotive and packaging sectors, founded a foodtech startup and supported the launch of an eco-tourism venture in the Peruvian Amazon, experiences that shaped her hands-on approach to innovation and market validation. She holds a Master’s degree in Direzione Aziendale – International Management from the University of Bologna and a second-level Master in Food Innovation from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, enriched by study periods in Berlin and the United States. Certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator and IDEO U Foundations in Design Thinking alumna, she is passionate about travel, nature and exploring new food cultures.
