Data Management and Business Analytics
Artificial Intelligence for Business

This course explores how AI is transforming the natural evolution of businesses, reshaping processes, decision-making, and entire business models. We examine what it means to build an AI-first organization and the emerging roles that guide this shift, such as the AI Strategist and AI Solution Architect. Through concrete cases and practical tools, we show how AI supports continuous innovation and strategic experimentation. The focus is on using AI not just to automate, but to rethink how companies create value and adapt over time. Students learn how to steer business transformation through evidence-driven, AI-enabled evolution.
