Italy Ceo and Founder, Author and Startup Expert Officina Startup Extended Faculty
Claudio Venezia is the founder of Officina Startup, a performance marketing agency based in Bologna, and the author of IA Startup, Future Career, and Inside Digital Marketing. He works in digital marketing, business development, and AI applications for companies, SMEs, and startups, supporting organizations in their growth and innovation journeys. He is also a mentor and lecturer in several Master’s and Executive programs, focusing on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and the new AI-driven job landscape.
Before founding Officina Startup, he worked as a Business Analyst in the fashion industry for MaxMara, Jeckerson, and Guess Europe, and launched the first healthy food delivery startup in Italy—an experience that combined strategy, creativity, and operational management. Over the years, he has collaborated with startups, incubators, international companies, and product development teams.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Bologna Business School and completed the USMAC acceleration program in Silicon Valley.
Passionate about travel, technology, and sports, he lives between Bologna and the world, working on new innovative projects.
COURSES
The project work addresses a corporate challenge and the design of entrepreneurial initiatives in an innovative way, leveraging the managerial techniques acquired during the Master’s program. The projects are presented during the EMBA’s final day and evaluated by a committee composed of the program management, faculty members, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists. In previous editions, several project works have led to new entrepreneurial ventures or corporate investments.
