For over 25 years, I’ve been working in organizational design, supporting companies and individuals in building stronger, more aware, and change-ready organizations.
I believe that a well-designed organization can unlock energy, make human systems more effective, and bring out what makes each reality unique and impossible to replicate.
I help entrepreneurs and businesses move beyond dependency on consulting solutions, empowering them to build their own capabilities and make more informed choices.
From academia to the field, I’ve made organization my craft.
After twenty years as an internal organization designer in structured companies such as Unicredit and Lamborghini, I now work as a consultant supporting businesses of all sizes—from large corporations to SMEs and family-owned enterprises—in organizational evolution projects.
I teach Organizational Design and Change Management in Italian Business Schools, including Bologna Business School.
I’m a member of EODF, the largest European community dedicated to organizational design, where I served as Conference Dean and conference designer in 2024.
COURSES
The course explores how technological development and artificial intelligence are transforming organizations. In the first part, participants are introduced to the principles of Organization Design, together with practical methodologies and tools to address organizational challenges and to understand the adoption of new technologies from a design perspective.
In the second part, the knowledge acquired is applied to examine the impact of AI on organizational structures. Frameworks and strategies are presented to help managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals rethink roles, processes, and decision-making in the age of AI. Participants will learn how to approach organizational problems in contexts where work is carried out not only by people, but also by intelligent agents created with AI technologies.
Ultimately, the course provides the tools and perspectives needed to reimagine organizations in the era of AI, preparing participants to lead change with awareness and innovation.
