On March 25, 2026, Bologna Business School will host the online event “Team EI – The Emotionally Intelligent Team: Inside the Program”, a session dedicated to the Team Emotional Intelligence (Team EI) model and its application in organizational contexts.
In an environment characterized by increasing complexity and interdependence, team performance depends increasingly on what teams build together: the quality of interactions and the norms and culture they develop over time—conditions, habits, routines, and rituals.
During the event, we will introduce the Team EI model and show how research translates into norms and interaction patterns that shape a team’s social and emotional environment, stimulate social capital, and support effective performance.
This session is designed for those who want to understand what is done concretely in the Executive Program “The Emotionally Intelligent Team” and how to apply the model in their own organizational context.
