From 25 to 27 September 2026, the BBS Sailing Experience returns, bringing together Alumni, participants, Faculty, and the Bologna Business School Community in the stunning setting of Punta Ala, on the Tuscan coast near Castiglione della Pescaia.
Three days dedicated to sailing, networking, and shared experiences, designed to foster new connections and strengthen the sense of belonging within the Bologna Business School Community.
The Sailing Experience is open to everyone, including those with no previous sailing experience. Each crew will be accompanied by experienced skippers throughout the activities at sea. This year’s regatta will once again be held in memory of Stefano de Maria, Executive MBA alumnus, passionate sailor, and a driving force behind the Bologna Business School Community.
The weekend begins on Friday, 25 September, with a welcome aperitivo and continues with the regattas, an introductory briefing at the Yacht Club, a keynote speech by Andrea Lipparini, and the Saturday evening dinner. The event concludes on Sunday with the final regatta and a closing lunch at the Yacht Club.
The beauty of Punta Ala and the range of activities also make the weekend a memorable experience for those who do not take part in the regattas. Family members and friends are warmly welcome to join the BBS Community throughout the weekend thanks to dedicated participation packages.
