Circular value chains for company’s value creation

Jan 28 2026 - 6 pm (CET) - via Microsoft Teams

Join us on Wednesday, January 28th at 6:00 PM (CET) on Microsoft Teams for an open lesson exploring circular value chains as a strategic lever for sustainable value creation.

Starting from the circular economy paradigm and the “butterfly diagram,” the session explores how biological and technical cycles can be integrated into business and value-chain decision-making. Particular attention will be given to the seven key circular value chains and the role of managerial tools in enabling the transition from linear to circular models.

The lesson will also examine the 9R framework as a practical management approach to operationalize circular strategies, shifting the focus from individual firms to interconnected value chains. The session will conclude with a Q&A, offering participants the opportunity to discuss practical applications and managerial implications.
