In this session, Claudio Fenucci, CEO of Bologna FC 1909, will engage in a discussion with Angelo Manaresi, Director of the Master in Business Management, and Barbara Lorenzini, Professor of Marketing, to explore the financial and managerial dynamics behind running a professional sports club. Together, they will provide insights into what the numbers of a club truly reveal and the challenges of operating in a context where revenue streams are never fully predictable.
