Marika holds degrees in Foreign Languages and Literatures and in Communication Sciences from the University of Bologna. She also completed an Erasmus study period at the University of Tartu in Estonia, an experience that strengthened her interest in international and multicultural environments. Over the years, she has gained experience in training and digital communication, working closely with students and educational organizations. Passionate about storytelling and media, she is particularly interested in projects that combine education, innovation, and communication. In 2026, she joined BBS as a member of the Executive MBA team.
