Project Management with AI is a course that systematically addresses the management of artificial intelligence projects by integrating perspectives from project management, software engineering, and data science. The course examines the specific characteristics of AI projects, including high uncertainty, dependence on data, risks of bias, and the difficulty of evaluating outcomes ex ante. Through real-world case studies, the course provides conceptual and practical tools for the planning, control, and governance of AI initiatives in complex organizational contexts.
