Giovanni Papa
Italy Employer and Personal Branding Consultant

Giovanni Papa is an Employer Branding and Personal Branding consultant with over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and executive advisory. He supports organizations in strengthening their employer brand, increasing visibility and engagement, and activating employee advocacy programs through structured and scalable initiatives.

Before moving into consulting, Giovanni built an international career with leading global technology companies. Over the past 11 years, he gained experience at LinkedIn’s EMEA headquarters in Dublin, where he contributed to the launch of the Italian SMB market for LinkedIn Talent Solutions, supporting HR leaders in talent acquisition strategies and in the effective use of digital platforms to attract and engage candidates. He later supported the launch of the Italian market for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, working with clients on the design and execution of employer branding, corporate branding, and consumer branding strategies.

Previously, he worked at Microsoft Italy (Retail division), where he defined go-to-market strategies for key clients, and at Dell Software Ireland, managing data protection and database performance solutions for Italy and Spain. He has also gained experience with international organizations, including FAO and UNIDO.

Giovanni holds a Master’s degree in Management & Information Technology from Bologna Business School and a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna.
