{"id":82372,"date":"2022-03-03T11:18:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T10:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/?p=82372"},"modified":"2022-03-03T11:21:13","modified_gmt":"2022-03-03T10:21:13","slug":"global-mba-in-supercars-superbikes-and-motorsports-build-your-career-with-passion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/global-mba-in-supercars-superbikes-and-motorsports-build-your-career-with-passion\/","title":{"rendered":"Global MBA in Supercars, Superbikes and Motorsports: build your career with passion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A career in the world of <strong>Supercars<\/strong> and <strong>Superbikes<\/strong> is more than just a job, it&#8217;s about giving yourself the opportunity to enter a world of emotions and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our <strong>partner<\/strong> industries, <strong>leaders in the Motor Valley<\/strong>, the <strong>Global MBA in Supercars, Superbikes, and Motorsport<\/strong> is a dream come true. <strong>Alpha Tauri<\/strong>, <strong>Dallara<\/strong>, <strong>Ducati<\/strong>, <strong>Ferrari<\/strong>, <strong>Lamborghini<\/strong>, <strong>Marelli<\/strong> and <strong>Maserati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>An <strong>international<\/strong> and <strong>interdisciplinary<\/strong> <strong>Faculty<\/strong>, made up of a team of academics, visiting professors, guest speakers, and top managers, is the heart of a new Programme, <strong>the only one in the world<\/strong>, bringing together theory and experience in the luxury automotive and motorsport industry.<\/p>\n<p>The Master&#8217;s program is organized in three terms.<\/p>\n<p>The first includes the study of the fundamentals of general management with courses conducted, among others, by <strong>Alec Ross<\/strong>, former Senior Advisor for Innovation to Hillary Clinton and Advisor in the Obama Administration, Distinguished Adjunct Professor at BBS.<\/p>\n<p>In the second and third terms, management skills and more specific courses related to the motor world will be developed by <strong>top executives<\/strong> in <strong>luxury automotive<\/strong>, including <strong>Nicola Boari<\/strong>, Chief Brand Diversification Officer, Ferrari; <strong>Maurizio Reggiani<\/strong>, Chief Technical Officer, Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.; <strong>Patrizia Cianetti<\/strong>, Marketing and Communication Director, Ducati Motor Holding.<\/p>\n<p>Our collaboration with Motor Valley industries allows Global MBA students to enjoy unique experiences such as <strong>company visits<\/strong> to the most important companies in the world of Supercars and Superbikes, <strong>project works<\/strong> in collaboration with the world&#8217;s leading motor brands, and <strong>Leadership Talks <\/strong>by executives from the most famous brands in motoring history.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2021-2022 edition, among others, <strong>Ettore Musu<\/strong>, Development Lead Advanced High-Performance Engine Combustion, <strong>Maserati<\/strong>, spoke to the students about Maserati&#8217;s experience in mastering innovations in the luxury car market; <strong>Luca Stronati<\/strong>, Software Validation Director, <strong>Marelli<\/strong>, presented Marelli&#8217;s experiences in e-mobility; <strong>Julia Pall\u00e8<\/strong>, Sustainability Director, FIA Formula E and <strong>Cristina Pace<\/strong>, Founder, Enovation Consulting illustrated the innovations born in <strong>Formula E<\/strong> racing that are changing the present of engines from a sustainable approach.<\/p>\n<p>It is the Program Advisory Committee (<strong>PAC<\/strong>) the keystone of this Global MBA: a <strong>committee composed<\/strong> of executives such as <strong>Maurizio Albano<\/strong>, Head of HR, <strong>Maserati<\/strong>; <strong>Michele Antoniazzi<\/strong>, Chief Human Resources Officer, <strong>Ferrari<\/strong>; <strong>Stefano Domenicali<\/strong>, CEO, <strong>Formula 1<\/strong>; <strong>Andrea Pontremoli<\/strong>, CEO, <strong>Dallara<\/strong>; <strong>Maurizio Reggiani<\/strong>, Chief Technology Officer, <strong>Lamborghini<\/strong>.
