{"id":71161,"date":"2021-06-24T17:48:38","date_gmt":"2021-06-24T15:48:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/?p=71161"},"modified":"2021-10-27T13:18:43","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T11:18:43","slug":"asfor-award-of-excellence-2021-presented-to-andrea-pontremoli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/asfor-award-of-excellence-2021-presented-to-andrea-pontremoli\/","title":{"rendered":"ASFOR Award of Excellence 2021 presented to Andrea Pontremoli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Andrea Pontremoli, member of the Programme Advisor Committee <\/span><b>Global MBA in Supercars, Superbikes and Motorsports and Co-Director of the Executive Master in Technology and Innovation Management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, received the ASFOR Award of Excellence 2021, the award created by the <\/span><b>Italian Association for Managerial Training<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to recognize excellence in business and management.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The award was presented to Mr. Pontremoli during the <\/span><b>19<\/b><b>th<\/b><b> Day of Managerial Training<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an event promoted by the association and broadcast via live streaming on Wednesday, June 16<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It was <\/span><b>Marco Vergeat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the president of ASFOR, who bestowed the award on the Industry Champion and BBS teacher, in the presence of the Italian Minister of Education, <\/span><b>Patrizio Bianchi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who spoke about how knowledge, training and skills are essential to restart our country.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The award is part of this context of commitment to a restart based on the strongest values of Made in Italy. Vergeat justified the award by highlighting <\/span><b>Pontremoli&#8217;s participation in the &#8220;promotion of quality training processes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which contribute to the inclusion of young people in the world of work and the development of the skills of those already employed&#8221;. The president of ASFOR also emphasized the contribution &#8220;to the growth and success of the Emilian<\/span><b> Motor Valley<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> district, a flagship of Italy&#8217;s production system,&#8221; as well as a<\/span><b> training system<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that &#8220;nurtures the creation of highly qualifying pathways (&#8230;) extended to university and post-graduate education&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon accepting the award, Andrea Pontremoli stressed the importance of the role of entrepreneurs and managers who are called on to <\/span><b>recognize the talent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and potential of people in order to offer <\/span><b>new generations<\/b><span
