Prior to this position she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics and Management of University of Padova and at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management. She received the PhD degree of Economic Sociology and Labour Studies from University of Milan. Prior to starting her academic career, she had years of industry work experience.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The demand for more sustainable business behavior and products is one of the most powerful trends driving the industry change today, and it will be a critical driver of competitiveness and growth over the long term. Sustainable development is here to stay and only shows signs of gaining even greater momentum for the foreseeable future. Sustainability-oriented approach enables practitioners to analyze both challenges and opportunities that come along sustainability implementation. In today\u2019s business world entrepreneurs need to consider sustainability at the core of their business and managers need to be able to integrate sustainability-oriented approaches in their daily organizational and individual activities.<br \/>\nIn BBS Centre for Sustainability and Climate Change practical solutions to inspire and enable people are being shared to become the planet protectors and change makers that our world needs. The aim is to contribute to the national and international debate about sustainability and climate change among researchers, executives, politicians, students and civil society. The center provides unique services with a multidisciplinary and global approach to improve sustainability and our impact.<\/p>\n<p>I strongly believe that real embedded sustainability in every context will be achieved through stakeholders\u2019 engagement, co-creation, partnership and collaboration of different actors. When we talk about sustainability and climate change collaborative research between economists, law scientists, sociologists and related disciplines are required. In line with this vision and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, I think Sustainable Development Goal number 17- Partnership for the Goals, is the most comprehensive SDG among the 17 SDGs.
