For those accessing the labor market for the first time, the so-called soft skills are of pivotal importance, which the HR Director of the Montenegro\u00a0Group Cristina Danelatos<\/strong> summarizes as the ability to constantly learn new things, even those distant from the professional family of origin:\u00a0\u201ccontext and enterprises change quickly and consequently roles and functions change too<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 she maintains \u2013\u00a0In this scenario, digital transformation is a required attitude for all levels and it\u2019s a must-have for a young graduate wishing to start working in the human resources area: the ability to \u2018work with people and robots\u2019 \u2013 meant as technology in the broadest sense \u2013 requires people to be curious towards technological innovation and to familiarize themselves with these technologies\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Francesco Rossi<\/strong>, Senior Partner at Praxi, underlined how the learning ability<\/strong>\u00a0 is necessary not just for recent graduates, but also for those who have started working some time ago, and might find it difficult to resume studying and dealing with not topics. A constant update of skills is therefore necessary, one that leverages on technology and digitization, aspects that are functional in order to be able to work with complex data. Emotional intelligence<\/strong> is increasingly important, as it allows to analyze and manage what happens in the work dynamics.<\/p>\n

Imagination and creativity\u00a0 <\/strong>are fundamental features to keep on learning, but also to manage sudden risk situations according to Niccol\u00f2 Montanari<\/strong>, HR Professional at HERA:\u00a0\u201cin the current context, both challenges and business models have changed, as well as the interaction with colleagues and ways of working, following the massive spreading of smart-working\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n
