{"id":46839,"date":"2020-06-03T09:50:42","date_gmt":"2020-06-03T07:50:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/?p=46839"},"modified":"2020-06-03T10:49:26","modified_gmt":"2020-06-03T08:49:26","slug":"aperijobs-by-bbs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/aperijobs-by-bbs\/","title":{"rendered":"Aperijobs by BBS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The calendar of BBS remote didactic activities is enriched with a new appointment, the <strong>Aperijobs<\/strong>, a series of meetings and seminars with HR Director of local companies, designed for the participants of the Executive MBA programs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>So far, they have shared their professional experiences on the other side of the screen <strong>Fabio La Cava<\/strong>, Global Hr Director of Aetna Group, the leader in the packaging sector specialized in end-of-line solutions; <strong>Cristina Danelatos<\/strong>, HR &amp; Corporate Communication Director of the Montenegro Group, leader of the market in the food and alcoholic beverages sectors;\u00a0 <strong>Alberto Ferrarotto<\/strong>, Head of Employer Branding for Automobili Lamborghini.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Being able to speak directly with professionals who live very different working realities was a fantastic opportunity&#8221;<\/em> &#8211; says <strong>Luca Musolesi<\/strong>, participant of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/master-executive\/evening-mba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Master in Business Administration Part-time Evening VII<\/strong><\/a> (year 2019\/2020) and software developer for Proteo Engineering. <em>&#8220;With these appointments &#8211; continues Luca &#8211; BBS has shown that it is close to all the productive realities of our territory, from large industrial groups to SMEs, thus bridging the distance between training and the world of work. Furthermore, I have noticed that the professionals involved in remotely, they were able to talk with us without the awe that the great audience often entails, thus being able to freely share their professional paths less formally. We were able to better understand their stories, perceiving the security and courage that they have allowed to overcoming the difficulties, by sending us valuable advice that will certainly be useful in our respective work activities&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filippo Pavani<\/strong>, Hybrid &amp; Gasoline Calibration Lead Engineer at AVL in Italy and participant of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/master-executive\/evening-mba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Master in Business Administration Part-time Evening VII<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0adds: <em>&#8220;Aperijobs is a very interesting experience, given the enormous experience and expertise made available by the guests. The stimuli are very deep and varied and range from advice to grow in the company, to the managerial skills needed in today&#8217;s market, with a look to the future, which goes beyond the current situation imposed by the emergency. The experiences lived by the guests can really enrich the background of the participants, expanding the already numerous skills acquired in the classroom&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>An experience defined as very stimulating by <strong>Andrea D\u2019Amico<\/strong>, Export Manager and Business Developer at Fratta Minore Societ\u00e0 Agricola and participant of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/master-executive\/evening-mba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Master in Business Administration Part-time Evening VII<\/strong><\/a>: <em>&#8220;the Aperijobs, are a precious opportunity for listening and interacting with a HR manager who would hardly be otherwise possible. It is interesting to have the point of view of an expert on the key skills that characterize today&#8217;s manager and which can be fundamental in response to the crisis we are
