{"id":18030,"date":"2019-11-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/my-story-our-story-filippo-di-gregorio-general-director-at-unindustria\/"},"modified":"2020-02-28T14:25:00","modified_gmt":"2020-02-28T14:25:00","slug":"my-story-our-story-filippo-di-gregorio-general-director-at-unindustria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/my-story-our-story-filippo-di-gregorio-general-director-at-unindustria\/","title":{"rendered":"My Story Our Story: Filippo Di Gregorio, General Director at Unindustria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Degree in Philosophy, a long career in the field of human resources and the need to deepen their skills by putting themselves to the test: <strong>Filippo di Gregorio<\/strong>, General Manager of <strong>Unindustria<\/strong>, is one of our students at the <a href=\"\/hp\/?p=1585\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Executive MBA<\/strong><\/a> 2018-2020.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I enrolled in the EMBA program while I was Director of Personnel at the Dallara group because I wanted to deal with the management of a complex organization at 360 degrees, and before evaluating other offers I felt it was important to investigate more transversal issues&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A fundamental step in the professional career of <strong>Filippo di Gregorio<\/strong>, accompanied by a new job. <em>\u201cShortly after starting my studies at BBS, I joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/unindustria-reggio-emilia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Unindustria<\/strong><\/a> as General Manager, where I have the opportunity to apply every day on the ground what I learn in the classroom. The EMBA is accompanying me day after day in covering the new role in the most effective and adequate way possible\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A double challenge for a professional who at 43 years of age has decided to make a significant change in his career: <em>&#8220;The EMBA program includes various modules including the one dedicated to personnel management, on which I had the opportunity to practice for a long time, and others that for me are new, such as corporate finance and company performance management&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Among the strengths of the EMBA, Filippo di Gregorio has clear ideas: <em>&#8220;The very high level of teachers and the excellent organization of BBS are remarkable, but the real plus is the network that is created with professionals, teachers, businesses and colleagues from different contexts. Another element of differentiation is related to the possibility of experiencing international experiences with the International Week which has allowed us to get to know how other company systems work&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BBS as a multiplier of opportunities<\/strong> for a professional who, in addition to work and classroom lessons, is developing a project work with some colleagues
