I am from Zimbabwe and I am a student of the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/hp\/master-fulltime\/master-in-gestione-delle-risorse-umane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Master in HR\u00a0&amp; Organization<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I possess a Cumlaude Bachelor\u2019s Degree in <strong>Social Sciences<\/strong> and prior to joining Bologna Business School, I worked for two years in the Human Resources Department of a major telecommunications company. In this capacity, I performed a variety of tasks and responsibilities. As a result, I began to think more critically about my professional development and recognized I needed additional high-level education if I was to fulfil my ambitions.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I started researching a plethora of universities that offered practical learning modules which would <strong>enhance my professional skill sets and expand my knowledge<\/strong> of fields related to Human Resources. It is primarily for these reasons that I selected BBS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BBS offered me the opportunity to fully explore and immerse myself in a broad range of professional interests and to explore different career opportunities. It also provided me with a very strong business education that equips students with the skills that public and private sector institutions require from employees. This <strong>pragmatic knowledge<\/strong> is complemented by BBS\u2019 emphasis on instructing students on business theories.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My participation in this Master\u00a0has been an amazing experience. The support I received from the <strong>BBS Career Service<\/strong>\u00a0team was\u00a0incredible. Every day presented an opportunity to learn through lessons, webinars, group projects, company visits and regular team work assignments. All of these activities helped me to study and work with people of different cultures and ethnicities. The <strong>BBS Community<\/strong> is the most important factor to me as I\u2019ve really enjoyed forming new relationships that I will value for life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The most remarkable memories I have at BBS was winning this year\u2019s <strong>Bar \u2013 Raisers Award<\/strong> which is awarded by the <em>Italian Association of Human Resources Management (AIDP)<\/em>. This prestigious award consisted of a study tour to France and a visit to a multinational company in Paris.
