Indeed, <strong>Master&#8217;s courses give you the chance to challenge yourself<\/strong>, effectively measuring yourself up to companies&#8217; needs, by way of <strong>project works <\/strong>and<strong> case-studies. <\/strong>One of the aspects that is more attractive for applicants is precisely the<strong> close contact with businesses:<\/strong> this way participants hope to increase their chances to find a job consistent with their studies. It&#8217;s a known fact that the <strong>percentage of those who find a job after attending a Master is high and steadily growing,<\/strong> thanks to the value that this qualification adds to every C.V. and the opportunities it offers to interact with structured companies, always on the lookout for competent, new resources.<\/p>\n<p>For<strong> Bologna Business School<\/strong> the <strong>interaction with companies <\/strong>is the cornerstone of all its Master&#8217;s, with different formulas:<strong> successful managers <\/strong>are invited to tell their story and provide <strong>advice<\/strong> on how to deal with the most frequent problems; <strong>company visits are organized<\/strong> to the most representative businesses, to observe directly the functioning of an operating company; participants are invited to come up with <strong>real solutions for case-studies <\/strong>that businesses submit to them, thus developing the ability to work in a team, as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It&#8217;s not by chance that today over 90% (average related to latest edition) of those who graduated from a full-time BBS Master&#8217;s course is already working for a company six months after the end of the course.<\/strong> <strong>Top<\/strong><strong> employers <\/strong>for<strong> BBS<\/strong> students<strong>: <\/strong><strong>Max Mara, Lamborghini, Ducati, Nestl\u00e8, Liu Jo, Montenegro, Hera, Champion Europe, Credem,<\/strong> to name but a few.<\/p>\n<p>As the first objective of a Master is to prepare participants for the labor market, a particularly relevant step is the <strong>choice of <\/strong><strong>internship.<\/strong> BBS supports its students with its <strong>Career Service. <\/strong>Students are helped in the<strong> drafting of a CV<\/strong> that is relevant to the market&#8217;s needs; then they are assisted and guided with <strong>customized interviews <\/strong>aimed at letting their interests and strengths emerge, so to transform them into a professional project; finally a service to <strong>prepare them for interviews <\/strong>is provided, simulating selection processes.<\/p>\n<p>As <strong>Luciano Boccucci,
