One of the great paradoxes of our century is the high per<\/span><\/span>centage of yout<\/span>h unemploymen<\/span>t <\/strong>(which in Italy exceeds 35%), i<\/span>n relation to the increasing difficulty of companies to find qualified personnel<\/span><\/strong>,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>in particular as to the scope of the digital revolution<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span> In fact, the junior high\u00a0school moving at a significantly lower rate compared to\u00a0global dynamics: although the National Plan\u00a0for Digital School reflects the mechanisms of contemporary, there are still too many resistance. The reasons for the delay are formative, administrative and financial<\/strong>. A solution to the gap could be the multiplication of alliances between universities, foundations, schools and innovative companies, aimed at adapting the world of education to the needs of today’s market. This model is already active for short-term experiences: in recent years, a new training programme\u00a0is being developed, able to offer to young people the opportunity to enrich their curriculum, just giving up only a few days on the\u00a0beach, the Digital\u00a0Summer Camp<\/strong>. This modern summer camp’s version\u00a0covers areas ranging from robotics to video editing, from 3D printing to smart objects<\/strong>, and is addressed to a broad class\u00a0of users from 5 to 17 years<\/strong>. There are many examples: the well-known\u00a0H-Farm <\/b>company opens the doors to 1,200 young people of junior high school\u00a0and\u00a0secondary school;\u00a0Ragazze Digitali<\/b>\u00a0that takes place in Modena, is addressed exclusively to\u00a0a female audience;\u00a0<\/b>the High Tech Law Summer Camp <\/b>takes place in Palermo and \u00a0it has a focus on legality; the\u00a0Digital Camp <\/b>takes place\u00a0<\/b>in Salento\u00a0and teaches robotic and coding to small children. In\u00a0Bologna\u00a0<\/b>the collaboration between the Mast Foundation, the industrial group Coesia, the Dallara Automobili’s company, the University of Bologna, the University of Pisa and the Board of Education\u00a0for the Emilia-Romagna region has created a summer school dedicated to 3D -printing and Smart Objects<\/strong>. The classroom is made up of high school kids, devoting themselves for a week, to the design and realization of smart\u00a0objects.\u00a0Bologna Business School\u00a0<\/b>also offers several Master’s degree programs seek\u00a0to deepen the crucial aspects of the digital world: Digital Technology Management \u00a0with\u00a0<\/span>specialized track<\/span>: Cyber Security<\/a>, Digital Project Management<\/a>,\u00a0Artificial Intelligence<\/a>;\u00a0Marketing Communication and New Media<\/a>;\u00a0Data Science<\/a>;\u00a0Digital Business<\/a>. For more full-immersion experiences there are also Open Programs in\u00a0Digital Marketing & Communication<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>(duration of 14 days addressed to anyone who wants to embrace the world of e-commerce and social media) and\u00a0in\u00a0Big Data Analytics<\/b><\/span>\u00a0that touches issues of \u00a0Business Intelligence, Semantic Intelligence e Machine Learning and this is a programme\u00a0for 10 days. Although \u00a0<\/span>in the academic sphere<\/span>\u00a0already exist technical degree courses to fill the vacancy of qualified staff in the digital field, these specialized courses<\/span>\u00a0seems to has less appeal than more traditional paths. The Summer Camp experience can be, in this sense, an escamotage to bring\u00a0young people interested in\u00a0the world of digital making, and make these faculties an appealing alternative to the most.
