The Italian chef, Massimo Bottura, accepted the award for his three Michelin-star restaurant in Modena, Italy. The world renowned chef, who\u00a0has been a\u00a0faculty member\u00a0of our <a href=\"\/hp\/?p=1613\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Global MBA Food and Wine<\/a> program for many editions and continues to be\u00a0an active participant, recognized\u00a0that \u201cin the end, it\u2019s all about hard work.\u201d*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe ingredients of this success story are, overall,
