It is a <strong>full-time program in English<\/strong> with an international focus. The program aims to prepare graduates from any discipline to master organizational design and human resources management challenges in multicultural contexts.<\/p>\n<p>The curriculum of the Master is continually updated according with the changing market demands and the challeges\u00a0that companies have to face. Prominent enterprises such as <strong>Eric Salmon&amp;Partners<\/strong>, <strong>General Electric<\/strong>, <strong>Great Place to Work Institute<\/strong>, <strong>KPMG<\/strong>, <strong>Lamborghini<\/strong>, <strong>Linkedin<\/strong>, <strong>Vodafone<\/strong>, <strong>Tower Watson<\/strong> are <strong>partners<\/strong> of the Master.<\/p>\n<p>The faculty is made of professors and managers with an international background. Interactive lessons, <strong>master lectures<\/strong>, <strong>in-company workshops<\/strong>, laboratories, <strong>career counseling<\/strong>, a one-month project teamwork with a O&amp;HR director, meetings with former students of the Master, and an a 3-month<strong> internship<\/strong> create a unique environment that will allow participants to begin a successful career in business,
