Bologna Business School<\/strong> and Osservatorio Asia<\/strong> invited representatives of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations<\/strong>. On Friday, January 23rd: a very important moment of cultural exchange to strengthen the ties between the western and eastern world.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

ASEAN<\/strong> (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) is a political, economic and cultural organization of countries located in Southeast Asia. It was founded in 1967 with the main aim of promoting cooperation and mutual assistance between member states, in order to accelerate economic progress and increase the stability of the region. It consists of 10 member states (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam).<\/p>\n

The delegation included August Parengkuan<\/strong> (Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia), Leila Santos<\/strong> (Charg\u00e9 d’Affaires, Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines), Nguyen Thi Thu Hang<\/strong> (Vietnam Embassy counselor), Saw Sandy<\/strong> (First Secretary Embassy of Myanmar), Warunee Pan- Krajang<\/strong> (Minister Counselor Embassy of Thailand).<\/p>\n

Bologna Business School<\/strong> provides a master dedicated to the economies of the Far East as part of its educational offer (including those of the countries belonging to ASEAN) in collaboration with Osservatorio Asia.<\/p>\n
