{"id":17181,"date":"2014-03-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-31T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/mba-student-winner-developneur-2014\/"},"modified":"2020-02-28T14:21:04","modified_gmt":"2020-02-28T14:21:04","slug":"mba-student-winner-developneur-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bbs.unibo.it\/en\/mba-student-winner-developneur-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"MBA student winner at DEVELOPNEUR 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Faiz Alam<\/strong>, 2014 MBA candidate of Green Energy and Sustainable Businesses, represented\u00a0<strong>Alma Graduate School<\/strong>\u00a0at this year\u2019s\u00a0<strong>DEVELOPNEUR<\/strong>, and was one of the winners in the Prot\u00e9g\u00e9s category.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Since 2011,\u00a0<strong>DEVELOPNEUR\u00a0<\/strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.developneur.org\/\">www.developneur.org<\/a>) has been giving the possibility to hundreds of elite\u00a0developers, entrepreneurs and prot\u00e9g\u00e9s\u00a0-carefully selected among thousands of applicants-\u00a0to produce and showcase early stage innovation, to some of the largest investors and technology providers on the planet. This year\u2019s event took place at Telecom-Paris Tech on March 15th &amp; 16th. The Award Ceremony, closing speeches and cocktail was held at the UK Ambassador Residence &#8211; with French Minister,\u00a0<strong>Fleur Pellerin<\/strong>, British Telecom Group&#8217;s, Chairman\u00a0<strong>Sir Rake<\/strong>, and Universal Music&#8217;s President,\u00a0<strong>Pascal Negre<\/strong>\u00a0attending the event and networking with the winners.<\/p>\n<p>Faiz pitched his newly launched venture\u00a0<strong>WhoSawMe\u00a0<\/strong>at the event. It\u2019s a converged platform that delivers multiple social services, which are hard to deliver, due to lack of information.\u00a0<strong>WhoSawMe<\/strong>\u00a0intends to provide a global website and mobile App for services, that were delivered traditionally using newspapers or city walls. \u00a0The idea is to deliver maximum information without relying on user data or advertisement.
