The <\/span>XVII REUNION<\/b> of Bologna Business School opened on Friday, September 12, right after the Graduation ceremony in Piazza Maggiore, with an evening of conviviality and music: a DJ set by <\/span>Andrea Pontremoli<\/b>, CEO of Dallara and Alumnus of the School, together with the band <\/span>SMOMA<\/b>, kicked off the annual gathering of the <\/span>Community<\/b> and <\/span>Alumni<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

An informal dinner and live music set the tone for a full day of dialogue and vision that unfolded on Saturday, September 13, at the <\/span>BBS Multicampus<\/b>, bringing together the historic <\/span>Villa Guastavillani<\/b> and the innovative spaces of the new Campus.<\/span><\/p>\n

The morning began with the <\/span>Power Breakfast<\/b> and the <\/span>Managerial Meditation<\/b> led by Father <\/span>Antonio Spadaro<\/b>, Undersecretary of the Vatican Dicastery for Culture and Education. In his lecture, Spadaro reminded the audience that entrepreneurship is born from a spiritual and creative act: <\/span>\u201cWe live immersed in a world that rewards what is measurable, but true innovation stems from a spark, an intuition, a vision.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Following this, participants engaged in the <\/span>imagination workshops<\/b>, ten discussion tables exploring the great challenges of the future: from people at the center with <\/span>Michele Antoniazzi<\/b> (CHRO, Ferrari), to leadership as narrated by <\/span>Ettore Messina<\/b> (Head Coach, Olimpia Milano), and the new fashion frontier with <\/span>Gaia Rialti<\/b> (CEO and Founder, Menab\u00f2h). Other topics included technological challenges with <\/span>Barbara Carfagna<\/b> (RAI) and <\/span>Max Ciociola<\/b> (Founder and CEO, Musixmatch), venture capital with <\/span>Massimiliano Magrini<\/b> (United Ventures), longevity with <\/span>Giovanni Domenichini<\/b>, and geopolitics with <\/span>Alec Ross<\/b>, Distinguished Professor at BBS.<\/span><\/p>\n

The debate culminated in a dialogue between <\/span>Maurizio Marchesini<\/b>, Vice President of Confindustria and President of Marchesini Group, and <\/span>Max Bergami<\/b>, Dean of BBS, moderated by <\/span>Agnese Pini<\/b>, Editor-in-Chief of Quotidiano Nazionale. <\/span><\/p>\n

Marchesini highlighted the challenges of tariffs and global tensions: <\/span>\u201cThe world has changed, even if tariffs disappeared tomorrow, because trust and reliability have collapsed.\u201d<\/span><\/i> He added: <\/span>\u201cResponsibility is the most mature form of power, not as domination but as care: for entrepreneurs, for employees, for the territory. Trust is the currency that keeps the economy moving.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Bergami reaffirmed one of the School\u2019s defining values: <\/span>\u201cThe theme of responsibility is central here at BBS. I believe that those who studied at this School and today are entrepreneurs or professors measure themselves against this level of responsibility.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

And what about imagination? For the Dean, it is an essential resource for everyone, at every level, as long as we remember that <\/span>\u201cwe imagine better together than alone.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The afternoon was dedicated to the project <\/span>\u201cImagining the Gift\u201d<\/b>, promoted by the <\/span>Alumni Association<\/b>, featuring the contributions of <\/span>Federico Chinni<\/b> (CEO, UCB Pharma), <\/span>Dario Ciampoli<\/b> (ACI Informatica), and <\/span>Vittorio Martinelli<\/b> (Olympus Corporation), moderated by <\/span>Ottaviano Salerno<\/b>, President of the Association.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The <\/span>XVII REUNION BBS<\/b> concluded with an appointment for next year, once again confirming its role as a privileged moment to strengthen the bonds of the <\/span>Community<\/b> and to foster dialogue on the challenges awaiting businesses, institutions, and society.<\/span><\/p>\n
