Understanding how one\u2019s professional future takes shape requires much more than traditional study: it demands exposure to real-world contexts, dialogue with seasoned professionals, and the ability to act within complex scenarios. <\/span><\/p>\n

These were the pillars of the company visit to <\/span>WExecutive \u2013 WeHunt<\/b>, a key educational experience within the <\/span>Master in HR & Organization<\/b><\/a> at <\/span>Bologna Business School<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A stimulating environment for hands-on learning<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u00a0The event took place at <\/span>Villa Clelia<\/b> in Bologna, the headquarters of the host company. Participants, guided by Program Directors <\/span>Ludovico Bullini Orlandi<\/b> and <\/span>Claudia Manca<\/b>, engaged in high-intensity training activities: group case studies, roleplay sessions, direct interaction with industry professionals, and open dialogue with alumni who are now part of the <\/span>WExecutive \u2013 WeHunt<\/b> team.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Interactive Workshop: from theory to practice<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u00a0The core of the day was a workshop designed to simulate the real-world challenges of executive search and recruitment. For <\/span>Stoina Nikolova<\/b>, a Master\u2019s student, \u201cThe most meaningful part was undoubtedly the interactive workshop \u2013 a valuable opportunity to understand the role of headhunters, how crucial it is to know the client company thoroughly, and how to identify the ideal candidate profile.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Through team-based work, students put their knowledge to the test by applying it in a realistic context under time constraints. \u201cIt was much more complex than what we usually do in class,\u201d Stoina shared. \u201cWe experienced the full selection process \u2013 from the initial screening based on hard skills to the more in-depth assessment of soft skills \u2013 simulating an authentic decision-making scenario.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The value of meeting Alumni<\/b><\/h3>\n


\n<\/b> Another key moment was the exchange with <\/span>Bologna Business School alumni<\/b> now working at WExecutive. As Stoina noted, \u201cMeeting them was inspiring. They shared the company culture they experience every day with transparency and passion \u2013 a culture based on collaboration, motivation, and a genuine approach to professional challenges.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

A strategic vision of human resources<\/b><\/h3>\n


\n<\/b> The experience also offered an opportunity to reflect on future career goals. \u201cI started this Master with a clear vision: to help companies value people as a strategic lever,\u201d Stoina concluded. \u201cExperiences like this strengthen my belief that, by putting employee needs at the center and fostering a motivating environment, organizations can achieve real and lasting results.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
