Angelini Industries<\/b>, a leading group in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, selected <\/span>Bologna Business School<\/b> to develop the case study on the <\/span>Angelini Academy.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Academy supports the Group\u2019s human capital ecosystem by strengthening leadership and managerial skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

The case study, developed by <\/span>Gabriele Morandin<\/b> and <\/span>Marcello Russo<\/b>, traces the evolution of the Angelini Academy and examines how it has become a cornerstone of organizational change and a catalyst for cultural transformation within the Group. Based on public sources and interviews with members of <\/span>Angelini Industries<\/b> and <\/span>Angelini Academy<\/b>, the project is the result of a structured collaboration across several phases of preparation, revision and educational validation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bologna Business School<\/b> hosted the first presentation of the case during a special session of the <\/span>Master in HR & Organization<\/b><\/a>. Students took part in an open dialogue with representatives of <\/span>Angelini Pharma<\/b>, offering reflections and insights that helped consolidate the case as an effective teaching tool.<\/span><\/p>\n

The session served as a live test of the case study, designed to explore key topics such as <\/span>people development<\/b>, <\/span>cultural transformation<\/b>, and the challenges of <\/span>managerial education<\/b> in complex environments. The exchange between students and professionals confirmed the generative value of learning experiences built in close connection with the business world.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event also featured <\/span>Tiziana Carnicelli<\/b>, Group Education & HR Communication Head at <\/span>Angelini Industries<\/b>, who, together with the <\/span>Angelini Academy<\/b> team, supported the development of the case study.<\/span><\/p>\n

The presentation is part of a university roadshow promoted by <\/span>Angelini Academy<\/b>, which will bring the project to leading Italian and European universities, with the goal of fostering dialogue between academia and business, and highlighting Corporate Academies as <\/span>drivers of growth and innovation<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
