What were the main reasons that led you to choose the Open Program in Digital Transformation in Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Bologna Business School, in partnership with Bonfiglioli Consulting?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n


\n<\/b>The main reasons that led me to choose this program were the <\/span>outstanding reputation<\/b> of Bologna Business School and its partnership with <\/span>Bonfiglioli Consulting<\/b>, which ensures a <\/span>practical and innovative approach<\/b>. Moreover, the <\/span>exceptional location<\/b> and the quality of the faculty, who are highly professional and top-tier, made this choice even more compelling.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am thrilled to have participated in a program that places <\/span>Digital Transformation<\/b> at the core of organizational development, a crucial aspect for staying competitive in today’s market.<\/span><\/p>\n

What skills or tools did you acquire during the program, and how have you applied them in your role as Head of Logistics at Still SpA?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n


\n<\/b>During the program, I acquired <\/span>advanced skills in digital technologies<\/b>, <\/span>data management<\/b>, and <\/span>predictive analysis<\/b>, as well as practical tools for optimizing <\/span>logistics processes<\/b> and the <\/span>supply chain<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In my role as <\/span>Head of Logistics at Still SpA<\/b>, I will apply these skills by implementing <\/span>automation solutions<\/b> and improving <\/span>operational efficiency<\/b>. This translates into <\/span>cost reductions<\/b> and a significant enhancement of the <\/span>service quality<\/b> we offer our customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you see the future of logistics and supply chain in the context of digital transformation? What challenges and opportunities do you think are most relevant for professionals in the sector?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n


\n<\/b>The future of logistics and the supply chain will be increasingly shaped by <\/span>digital transformation<\/b>, with the growing adoption of technologies such as <\/span>artificial intelligence<\/b>, the <\/span>Internet of Things (IoT)<\/b>, and <\/span>blockchain<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main challenges will involve integrating these technologies into existing processes and managing <\/span>organizational change<\/b>. However, the opportunities are immense: from boosting <\/span>operational efficiency<\/b> to delivering <\/span>personalized and high-quality services<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
