Can you tell us how the Master in Digital Marketing and Communication contributed to your preparation for the role you currently hold?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Master in Digital Marketing and Communication<\/b><\/a> was <\/span>instrumental in my <\/span>preparation as a <\/span>Marketing Automation Specialist<\/b>. The <\/span>direct interaction<\/b> with <\/span>industry instructors<\/b> was particularly valuable, especially for gaining <\/span>insights<\/b> into the <\/span>tools<\/b> and <\/span>approaches<\/b> I now use in my <\/span>work<\/b>. A particularly <\/span>significant<\/b> moment was meeting <\/span>professionals<\/b> who developed one of the leading Italian <\/span>Marketing Automation platforms<\/b>, <\/span>Magnews<\/b>, which allowed me to acquire <\/span>a<\/b>dvanced skills in this area. Additionally, Bologna Business School provided the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues who share similar <\/span>professional interests and <\/span>ambitions. The <\/span>school\u2019s ability to bring together <\/span>diverse individuals<\/b> into a <\/span>cohesive group<\/b> has been a <\/span>valuable resource<\/b> for my <\/span>professional development<\/b>, offering a space for <\/span>mutual support<\/b> and <\/span>exchange that instilled <\/span>confidence and awareness for future choices.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What challenges do you face daily in your role as a Marketing Automation Specialist, and how do you apply the knowledge acquired during the Master\u2019s program to tackle them?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/i>In my <\/span>role<\/b> as <\/span>Marketing Automation Specialist<\/b> at <\/span>Eurospin<\/b>, I face <\/span>complex challenges<\/b> daily that require strong <\/span>analytical skills<\/b> and <\/span>effective teamwork<\/b> to achieve <\/span>common goals<\/b>. Thanks to the <\/span>Master\u2019s, I was able to strengthen <\/span>skills in key areas such as <\/span>customer segmentation<\/b>, <\/span>user behavior tracking<\/b>, <\/span>budget management<\/b>, and <\/span>compliance with privacy regulations. These aspects are central to my <\/span>day-to-day tasks, and having a solid grounding in each has enabled me to tackle these challenges with greater confidence.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The digital marketing sector is in constant evolution. How has the Master\u2019s program helped you develop an adaptive and innovation-oriented mindset, valuable in such a dynamic environment?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Change can be difficult, but ignoring it can be <\/span>lethal. <\/span>Digital marketing demands a high degree of <\/span>adaptability. The <\/span>Master\u2019s at <\/span>BBS, through the <\/span>analysis of <\/span>real business cases<\/strong> and <\/span>interactions with <\/span>professionals experiencing this <\/span>transformation daily, not only <\/span>inspired me personally but also equipped me with the <\/span>skills needed to confront these <\/span>challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Looking to the future, what professional goals do you have, and how do you think your educational path and current experience will help you achieve them?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

My goal is to contribute to the growth<\/strong> of companies in my country, helping them interpret and adapt to the changes<\/strong> driven by society and, consequently, by people\u2019s behavior. I aspire to promote a deeper connection between businesses and communities, developing strategies based on empathetic communication<\/strong> and a detailed analysis of behaviors<\/strong>. I believe that an approach oriented toward innovation and social responsibility can create a significant impact, bringing value to both companies and the communities in which they operate.<\/p>\n

The <\/span>Master in Digital Marketing and Communication<\/b> at <\/span>BBS<\/b> solidified this <\/span>vision<\/b>, providing me with <\/span>practical skills<\/b> and a deeper <\/span>understanding<\/b> of the constantly <\/span>evolving dynamics<\/b> in the <\/span>sector<\/b>. My <\/span>current work experience allows me to apply these <\/span>skills concretely, enabling me to translate <\/span>theory into <\/span>real actions. I am <\/span>confident that, in the <\/span>future, I will make a <\/span>difference<\/b> for the <\/span>companies<\/b> I work for and the <\/span>communities<\/b> they engage with.<\/span><\/p>\n
