Why did you choose to attend the Hybrid MBA?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Completing my education with an MBA was a recurring desire, but it was only when I discovered Bologna Business School\u2019s Hybrid MBA that I found the <strong>right formula<\/strong> to embark on this journey.<br \/>\nThe <strong>flexibility<\/strong> of the program allowed me to balance my studies with my work responsibilities, frequent business trips, and family care.<br \/>\nDuring the course, I met amazing companions who I trust will continue to accompany me in my professional journey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What skills have you developed thanks to this MBA?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Certainly, I gained foundational knowledge in areas like <strong>Administration and Finance<\/strong>, <strong>Marketing<\/strong>, <strong>Operations, and Supply Chain<\/strong>. However, the most valuable skills I apply daily in my company are the <strong>soft skills<\/strong>: <strong>leadership<\/strong> to motivate teams, conflict management, <strong>effective<\/strong> <strong>communication<\/strong> in negotiation, presentations, and interpersonal relationships.<br \/>\nLast but not least, <strong>networking<\/strong>, with a focus on building professional relationships and expanding my network of contacts.<br \/>\nThe MBA has provided me with a high-level, 360-degree vision of the company, enabling me to understand the interconnections between different functions and business areas. This has helped me develop an &#8220;<strong>entrepreneurial mindset<\/strong>&#8221; that encourages innovative thinking and the quick identification of opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What do you think are the competitive advantages that an MBA in Bologna Business School can provide to its participants?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first competitive advantage is <strong>You<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe <strong>quality of the <\/strong><strong>teaching<\/strong><strong> and the excellent organization at BBS<\/strong> allowed me to accelerate my professional growth, discover new interests, and achieve a concrete return right from the start.<br \/>\nThe right mix of hard skills acquired and soft skills developed in my \u201ctoolbox\u201d has enabled me to analyze my work environment from a new perspective, with a new maturity of thought, with the confidence, and increased trust in my ability to make decisions and face complex challenges.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What advice would you give to those considering an MBA?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An <strong>MBA<\/strong> provides you with a <strong>complete set of skills<\/strong> that, with commitment and determination, will make you a more versatile professional, better prepared to face the challenges of today\u2019s job market.<br \/>\nDon\u2019t underestimate the <strong>time<\/strong>; it\u2019s important to choose the right program.<br \/>\nAnalyze your present and <strong>build an idea of your future project<\/strong>: the Master will certainly provide you with the skills, but you must identify your own goals.<br \/>\nThe class, the fellow participants, are an integral and fundamental part of the journey. Personally, I was worried that the Hybrid format wouldn\u2019t allow us to create deep bonds, but fortunately, the 14 months together, both virtual and in person, created a strong sense of \u201cus,\u201d <strong>a great feeling of belonging to the team<\/strong>, where everyone learned and grew through shared experiences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How was your experience at Bologna Business School?
