This event offered participants a unique opportunity to combine academic learning with practical insights.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The week kicked off with a city tour of Bologna providing an opportunity to break the ice and start building connections. On Monday, the first lecture was delivered by <\/span><b>Luca Gatti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from <\/span><b>Boston Consulting Group<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, focusing on business model innovation and strategy. In the afternoon, participants visited the Mercato Coperto in Ravenna, where they attended a speech by <\/span><b>Federico Fabbri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from <\/span><b>Molino Spadoni<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The week continued with other high-level lectures, including a session with <\/span><b>Riccardo Silvi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the University of Bologna on <\/span><b>business modeling frameworks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, followed by a company visit and hackathon at <\/span><b>Gruppo Montenegro. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wednesday focused on marketing and sales of Made in Italy with <\/span><b>Fabio Ancarani<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and was followed by another hackathon at <\/span><b>Gruppo Focaccia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Thursday, participants visited <\/span><b>Tetra Pak<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, combining company visits with hands-on activities. The week concluded with a lecture by <\/span><b>Tobias Flinspach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the Hilti Family Foundation on business transformation, followed by the certificate awarding ceremony.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The International Week is organized in collaboration with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/embaconsortium.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>EMBA Consortium for Global Business Innovation<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an international network of business schools that includes Bologna Business School.
