Bohdan Huzenko’s story, a former student of <\/span>Bologna Business School<\/b>, exemplifies how the evening <\/span>MBA<\/b> at <\/span>BBS<\/b> can transform a career and create a truly tailored path. Beyond the specific skills, choosing to engage in a <\/span>Master in Business Administration<\/b> offers new opportunities, provides fresh inspirations, and opens up unprecedented perspectives. Today, Bohdan is a Business Developer at <\/span>WILAmed<\/b>, a company operating in the biomedical sector, and also the CEO of <\/span>Livteq<\/b>, a company he founded to produce and sell eco-friendly smart bottles. His journey at <\/span>Bologna Business School<\/b> is one that leaves a mark: he was the youngest student ever to graduate, speaks English, Italian, and Russian, and aims to work internationally, developing inter-state projects in the health and medical field. Proud of achieving work targets and building constructive relationships with suppliers and team members, Bohdan shares his journey and the lessons learned during his <\/span>MBA<\/b> in this interview.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you tell us how you decided to pursue the evening MBA at Bologna Business School and how this decision has influenced your career?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

“The idea of attending the<\/span> MBA Evening<\/b><\/a> at <\/span>Bologna Business School<\/b> was born from the desire to fully express my professional potential. While working in an <\/span>SME<\/b>, I had shown excellent insights, but I lacked the tools to measure the impact of my innovations and to realize them. I also wanted an internationally recognized degree that would open new opportunities in the job market. The <\/span>MBA<\/b> at <\/span>Bologna Business School<\/b> provided me with these skills and represents a security for my career, especially for those like me who cannot rely on family financial support. Today, thanks to this investment, <\/span>I feel more confident and prepared <\/b>to face the challenges of the working world and to make a difference in every project.”<\/span><\/p>\n

What specific skills acquired during the master do you find most useful in your current role?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

“During the <\/span>MBA<\/b>, I acquired skills that have proven fundamental in my current role. The<\/span> communication skills<\/b> developed help me daily to present ideas and results clearly and persuasively, both to colleagues and clients. Working for a German biomedical company with the aim of developing business in Italy, <\/span>I quickly identified the business line to focus on <\/b>and the priority moves to implement. The <\/span>problem-solving skills<\/b> acquired have allowed me to close each year with a significant double-digit revenue increase and to gain the trust of my superiors.”<\/span><\/p>\n

What aspects did you appreciate the most during your journey at BBS?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

“At <\/span>Bologna Business School<\/b>, I was fortunate to meet prominent figures such as <\/span>Dean Max Bergami, Andrea Pontremoli, <\/b>and<\/span> Alec Ross<\/b>, and to listen to speeches by top managers from companies like <\/span>Goldman Sachs<\/b> and <\/span>Ferrari<\/b>. This full immersion provided me with many stimuli and inspirations, pushing me to read biographies of successful people, develop a passion for artificial intelligence, and create my own startup, applying what I learned during my time at <\/span>BBS<\/b>.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Three tips for a professional about to start the evening MBA at Bologna Business School.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

“Many tips could be given, but the main thread is this: fully experience this journey. Give your best in your studies, cultivate relationships with professors, and be inspired by your peers and the environment. In short, seek to get the best out of the network that <\/span>BBS<\/b> offers you. Being there is a unique opportunity for everyone, and I believe it is important to take the time to fully absorb the culture that animates that place on the hills of Bologna. <\/span>A career is made of small steps, and doing the master was certainly one of the most important<\/b>.”<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
