Can you tell us how the Master at BBS has influenced your professional development in general and your current role in particular?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The Master’s program at BBS equipped me with more knowledge on topics that are pivotal to my professional career. The skills and knowledge learned through the course have been directly applicable to my current role, enabling me to make more informed decisions. For example, delving into the impacts of <\/span>geopolitics and supply chain disruptions<\/b> (such as those we experienced during COVID-19) on companies overall, allowed me to perform a better assessment of companies we provide lending to. It helped me better understand how they navigate through such environments and what mitigants and alternatives they may have in scenarios like this to preserve their operations. In summary, the Master’s program at BBS has significantly elevated my capabilities and confidence, equipping me with the strategic insights necessary to excel in my current role and make meaningful contributions to my career.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you think are the advantages of a Master with an international DNA, like the Hybrid MBA English edition at Bologna Business School?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Firstly, an MBA with an <\/span>international DNA<\/b> comprises a cohort that includes people coming from different nationalities and backgrounds. This multicultural environment fosters a rich learning experience, where you gain insights into new cultures, significantly broadening your perspective. Classmates from varied backgrounds contribute unique perspectives that enrich classroom discussions, where you can observe diverse problem-solving approaches. Secondly, the program’s faculty members, who come from different countries themselves, bring contemporary and globally informed perspectives to the table. Their expertise enhances the educational experience by presenting discussions that reflect international business realities.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you think the industry in which your company operates is evolving, and what do you believe will be the key skills to successfully manage this change?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

As with many other industries, the <\/span>Finance sector<\/b> is being highly impacted by advancements in technology, regulatory changes, and shifting consumer expectations. In my view, alongside keeping up with technological advancements, one must focus on having strong interpersonal skills to successfully navigate these changes. Firstly, I would highlight the importance of effective <\/span>communication<\/b> skills<\/b> to articulate new concepts and craft clear and persuasive communications to clients about your products and how you may differentiate yourself from others. Secondly, relationship-building skills are key. In an industry built on trust, cultivating strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members is fundamental. Lastly, adaptability and resilience are indispensable traits in an industry prone to rapid change and market volatility. The ability to <\/span>quickly pivot strategie<\/b>s, embrace new <\/span>technologies<\/b>, and navigate uncertain economic conditions with confidence is crucial for long-term success.<\/span><\/p>\n

What would you recommend to a professional who is considering enrolling in the Hybrid MBA English edition?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Hybrid MBA<\/b> is a great opportunity to broaden your perspectives, gain knowledge on numerous subjects and make new friends while maintaining the ability to work at the same time. I usually stress the importance of dedication and time management. Balancing work responsibilities with MBA coursework requires discipline and effective time management skills.
