What factors influenced your decision to enroll in the Master in Business Management – Made in Italy at Bologna Business School and how did this program align with your career expectations and goals, given your international experience?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

After careful consideration, I decided that the Master in Business Management – Made in Italy at Bologna Business School was perfectly aligned with my professional goals. My strong interest in Italian excellence in a global context – particularly in the luxury sector – found resonance in the program’s emphasis on the uniqueness of the <\/span>Made in Italy<\/b> brand. My international experience has allowed me not only to appreciate but also to understand the importance of intercultural business management. In the future, I aspire to become a Marketing Manager, a role where I can leverage both the skills acquired during my experience abroad and those specific to Italian business management learned through this program.<\/span><\/p>\n

These activities had a significant impact on my personal and professional growth. Participating in <\/span>company visits<\/b> exposed me to various corporate cultures, enriching my understanding of diversity in global business. The <\/span>project work<\/b>, in particular, stimulated the development of my critical thinking and decision-making skills. Working closely with my classmates on complex projects allowed me to significantly improve my collaboration and leadership abilities. These skills are fundamental in my current role as Marketing Coordinator at Bulgari, where I interact with different teams to execute advertising campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n

What about the role of networking and interactions with professors, industry professionals, and of course, your peers?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Having the opportunity to learn from professors who are active experts in the luxury sector was an unparalleled experience. Their contribution went beyond the transmission of theoretical knowledge: through their lectures, professional anecdotes, and real-case studies, they provided me with an insider’s view of the complex dynamics that characterize this prestigious field. The <\/span>networking opportunities<\/b> offered by the program were invaluable. I had the chance to establish significant connections with experts and leaders in the luxury sector, which enriched my practical understanding and provided potential paths for future collaborations or employment. Finally, the cultural and professional exchange among us peers created a solid base of mutual support and became an integral part of my personal network.<\/span><\/p>\n
